Razer adds Chroma RGB to its newest line of products, which is named the Thunderbolt 4 Dock. The Thunderbolt 4 dock is the latest stylish accessory to the office that gives your company’s gaming aesthetic touch. Its port choice is meant for those who want to prove the future. The Dock, dubbed the Razer Thunderbolt 4 Dock Chroma, is ready to hit the Razer’s website and retail stores. Dock It has ten ports and is compatible with Windows 10 laptops with Thunderbolt 3 or 4 and Macs with Thunderbolt 3.
Design
The Thunderbolt 4 dock has 10 ports. Four of them you can use as needed in connecting your laptop to an anodized aluminum dock. The other three you can use as data transmission, power, or display. Razer claims this Dock can support data transfer speeds up to 40Gbps. This Dock supports two monitors at 4K60 or a single 8K monitor at 30Hz. However, you do not need to use a standard HDMI output or Displayport for the interface. Instead, you’ll need to use this Dock with a USB-C monitor, or you can connect with a Thunderbolt-to-DisplayPort cable.
On the front, besides the TB4 port, it is also a port for an SD card and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The back features three other TB4 ports, RJ-45 Ethernet, and USB 3.1 gen 2 type-A-A. The Thunderbolt 4 dock comes with a 135W power brick, with the power to deliver 90W of power to charge your laptop fast without using another cable.
