The Razer Kiyo is a viable, streamed camera to market from a peripheral gaming company. The stylish little webcam has many advantages, which differ from webcams manufactured by other companies. Kiyo cameras have a unique, studio-like lighting ring surrounding the camera lens. It ensures that you will be well-lit and look amazing to your audience. It helps you immensely as you stream thousands of your loyal viewers.
Design and Features
The Razer Kiyo is a very visually striking kit. It has a ring light that surrounds the camera lens. It is what makes it look different from other webcams on the market. The Kiyo is small, neatly folded into something similar to a hockey puck in shape and size. A 150 cm braided cable directly connects the webcam to your computer via USB 2.0.
Kiyo is a camera whose settings are relatively standard, with full HD quality, and capable of streaming or recording video at 1080p resolution at 30 frames per second or 720p resolution at 60 frames per second. 4-megapixel camera size is better and can capture video or images with a maximum resolution of 2688 x 1520 px. That distinctive ring light is not only to help Razer Kiyo stand out from the crowd. However, it also helps you by being perfectly illuminated when you are in front of the camera.
Performance
When used as a camera, Razer Kiyo shoots videos or takes pictures with outstanding quality. With the help of a ring light embedded in the lens’s perimeter, it works very well to illuminate the image’s subject. Likewise, this feature also works well for video calls, with clear pictures and an option for video at 60 frames per second if you prefer a smoother image over a higher resolution. Bright, vibrant colors and autofocus do a great job of keeping the camera centered on the target so you don’t look like a blurry mess. The only stumbling block for Razer Kiyo is the microphone. Razer Kiyo’s is sadly substandard despite having a dual microphone system that usually improves audio quality and records much quieter audio than we expected.
