Razer Stargazer is the solution for you who want to make video game streaming. The best broadcasters and streaming gamers usually use green screens to eliminate the living room behind them and place themselves above the action. If you’re short on space for a physical green screen but want to get rid of the background quickly, The only external webcam with an Intel Razer Stargazer camera has the best green screen mimicry ever.
Design and Pictures
The Stargazer looks more extensive and impressive than a regular webcam. The Stargazer is a large jet-black tube measuring 5.1 inches wide and 1 inch thick. The camera has three large front-mounted sensors (typical for cameras that support Intel’s RealSense 3D scanning technology): an infrared sensor, a color sensor, and an infrared laser projector. A microphone and textured handles flank the sensor to adjust the camera angle. The braided micro USB 3.0-to-USB A cable is 8.2 feet long, so you’ll have plenty of room to hook up your gaming desktop to your camera. The line also be can removed, so if it breaks, it can be replaced.
Stargazer takes very decent and elegant images. You might find it hard to be a streamer with the sharpest display on Twitch. However, your Skype calls will be crystal clear. When you take some photos or videos with Stargazer, you will be amazed at how they are made. Stargazer cameras have extreme color accuracy by capturing precise colors. However, the camera has difficulty focusing on hair and face when you move too much for the photo but not the video. It’s better than the laptop’s built-in webcam but doesn’t keep a candle to the C922, which delivers more good color and detail in a very crisp look.
Software
Razer includes only one software for the camera. The only software is Razer Synapse, Razer program to configure all laptops and peripherals. Itis will be super easy if you have a razer product like a mouse or keyboard. Synapse has several adjustment sliders to change saturation, contrast, and other image options, but otherwise, you don’t have to touch them too much. Synapse does have links to web pages with software that uses Intel RealSense. The site is mainly linked to an experimental, face-scanning app that you can download. But if you want to go live, you’ll need to find some streaming software, like the Razer Kiyo or Kiyo Pro.
