Razer has released its Tomahawk ATX product. The first thing that stands out is it seems to carry the same internals as the Mesh Lian Li Lancool II. with a fully rated case design. The Tomahawk ATX is off to a great start, but there is one big thing in this room we should work on before continuing. This Razer chassis, even though it has the same foundation. We’ll see if the Razer Tomahawk ATX will be good for what it offers. Most of Razer’s products are products that support gamers. Where they hear input from gamers, what are the specifications for playing the game?
Features and Internal Layout
Razer chooses an immaculate style in designing its products and is boxy. It is exciting because the chassis has weight, strength, and mystery paired in a very dark tinted glass panel. The Razer Tomahawk ATX is 0.8mm thick, giving this case a quality impression. The two tempered glass panels swung outward to open. First, you press it once to get it out, after which you can pull the door away from the magnet, or if you don’t want any fingerprints, grab the panel from the bottom to pull it out. Once fully open, you can lift both panels off their hinges.
Moving on to the inside of the Razer Tomahawk ATX chassis, on the side of the motherboard, we find space for a 280mm wide E-ATX motherboard, although you’ll have to remove the cable management cover to fit the board. Standard width ATX boards are best suited. The GPU is 15.1 inches, and the CPU cooler is 176mm. You will find a trio of caddies measuring 3.5 inches sliding toward you.
There’s plenty of room for a large PSU, which can support up to 8.3 inches of size. On the back of the casing motherboard tray, the Tomahawk ATX has two 2.5-inch drive bays. You’ll also find a cable management room with three Velcro straps and a Chroma RGB hub. This hub is connected to and powered via the internal USB 2.0 header.
